In addition to the F/OSS Solutions that a multi-platform, there are also certain solutions that are targeted specifically for the Windows platform. Here are some of the ones I use(d).
Putty - A simple, and simply good SSH (and telnet) client. Windows doesn’t come with a default SSH client and Putty gives you all the functionailty you need. A nice GUI to manage you connections as well as numeriou configuration options such a tunnling and port forwarding. This is actually a little of a cheat because there is a Putty client that runs native under Linux, I am just not exactly sure why you would use it. It makes this list because it is offering a SSH client to the Windows platform.
